  • All membership reward points will expire after 6 months of customer inactivity (not earning or redeeming points)

    • An email reminder will be sent 14 days before points are scheduled to expire​
       

  • The eligibility period for each tier is 1 year

    • After reaching a new tier, if a customer doesn't earn the same number of points required to reach that tier within the 1 year eligibility period, they will move to a lower tier that aligns with the points they’ve earned during that period
