  • Shipment processing time
     

    • Orders are generally processed within 1 – 3 business days (if we're experiencing delays for any reason, customers will be promptly notified)
       
    • Once orders are processed, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information
       

    Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and limitations*
     

    • We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING in the continental US only with UPS Ground (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) 
       
    • UPS Ground shipments generally arrive 2 – 5 business days after shipment confirmation email and tracking information is received
       
    • PLEASE NOTE: Due to additional measures and precautions being taken as a result of COVID-19, shipment delays may occur (if so, email updates will be sent accordingly)
       
    • UPS Ground packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday
       
    • UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day
       
    • Weekend delivery is available in eligible locations
       

    Damages
     

    • Earth in Vessels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping
       
    • If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS to file a claim 
       
    • PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to save all packaging material and take photos of damaged goods before filing a claim
       

    Returns and refunds
     

    • Due to COVID-19, Earth in Vessels does not  offer returns or refunds on shipped orders
