Liability exemption and USPS claim filing guidance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Earth in Vessels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping

If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. After submitting a claim, USPS will conduct an investigation into the claim

If sufficient evidence is provided within the appropriate time frame and an acceptable refund request is submitted, USPS will issue your refund according to their terms and conditions
